Hire Jon Jon Rivero to bring Awethentricity to your organization and audience!

Jon Jon’s keynote talks serve large organizations in education, rehabilitation medicine, and social entrepreneurship, as well as industries that focus on students, aspiring leaders, and mentors of the youth. His core focus is on helping audiences embrace their own unique, forgotten skills so they can bring more Awethentricity into their every day work.

In order to truly do this what you’re here to do in the world, you must be willing to embrace failure along the way, and Jon Jon brings his own stories and experiences with failure to the table to help others understand how necessary it is for success. In fact, his own personal failure as a clinician was the catalyst that lead him to becoming a speaker, producer, philanthropist, and leader—where his mission is to create and help MORE leaders find their own way to live the passion of creating awesome.

I believe that every day is an opportunity to create a life of service to others. By celebrating and honouring my own talents and committing to sharing them with others, even if I’m not the best in the world at those talents, I’m able to break barriers to the audience, or to anyone—to say that it doesn’t matter if you’re not perfect, I have an opportunity to do MY best and share wholeheartedly, in a way that is meaningful to me, and unlocks more potential, for service.

HOW TO BECOME A QI SENSORY BEHAVIOUR DETECTIVE

Why do we do what we do? Why do children behave, react, and learn differently? How can we teach a child that is disruptive, unable to sit still, listen or follow directions? Learn the secrets to becoming the sensory behaviour detective that your children, grandchildren, and students need to be, do, and have their best success in the classroom, at home, and in their community.

Qi Sensory Behaviour Detective shares that behaviour is neither good nor bad, and is the result of the environment and situational context that surrounds a person. It provides an understanding as to why children behave, react, and learn differently based on these factors and how becoming a sensory behaviour detective helps to discover the different sensory needs that motivate children to learn positive behaviours, as well as how to adapt the environment to avoid sensory stimuli that can trigger a challenging behaviour. Practical and meaningful strategies that support success outcomes are discussed and explored, so that behaviour can be productive and geared towards success while accounting for the diverse needs of each child.
